My 16 week transformation

Wednesday, known as check in day for the girls in the sports model project.

For 19 weeks I have stood against the same wall, wearing the same clothes, getting the same photos taken...
Yet so much has changed.

This wasn't just a physical transformation, because mentally and emotionally I am a completely different person to who I was 19 weeks ago.

Sure I gained muscle and lost weight (and better posture- check out that right shoulder in the first pic 😂), but what I have truly gained will stay with me forever;
💕 Incredible friendships.
💕 Experiences way out of my comfort zone.
💕 The love for discipline and treating my body right.
💕 New goals for the future. .
💕 New knowledge on a healthy lifestyle rather than quick fixes or phases.
💕 The passion to help motivate others to live a happier life.
💕 Learning to always look at the positives and keep moving forward.
