BUT if you want the best possible results, clean whole foods will keep you fuller for longer and fuel your cells
properly for your workouts/ recovery.
So instead of eating things like this doughnut, you'd be able to eat a much higher volume of clean food and you won't be starving by the end of the night 🥒🥕🥗🥙
Every once in a while is fine to treat yourself, but just reinstating that flexible dieting is not an excuse to eat poorly all the time. There are still limits put in place and goals you need to hit.
