My First Cheat Meal Experience

When I woke up today, of course I was ecstatic from yesterday, but I did feel a bit lost! The freedom of being able to just relax today, let go and eat whatever I want sounds amazing in theory, but was quite daunting 🙁 


Last night I didn't actually want a cheat meal, it kinda felt wrong.. The fact I could go out to dinner and not count macros was exciting enough 😁 so I enjoyed my favourite meal at Hunky Dory 😍👌🏽 

 

Today I decided I will compete again in April, so having another goal in mind made it easier to let go and enjoy my free day today

🔹I need to remember that cheat meals are fine in moderation! (Obviously not this much every week 😋)

🔹 ➡️ They help reset your hormones, give your body energy and give your mind a break ☺️ 

So here's what I dove into! 😄 

Counting macros for comp prep prevented me to have crazy cravings which was fantastic, but hey I am human after all and bloody hell this all tasted incredible 😍🙌🏽 Back into the grind tomorrow and I can't wait!!!!
