What I find most useful is to swap calorie dense foods that are digested quickly, to filling lower calorie, unprocessed foods ☺️ They take up more room in your stomach and take longer to digest, allowing you to feel fuller for a longer period of time 🙌🏽
Try adding some of these foods to your diet 🍴➡️
✔️ Complex carbohydrates:
Brown rice, sweet potato, vegetables (lotssss of them!!) and fruit.
✔️ Fats: Avocado, greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, olives, nuts, olive oil.
✔️ Protein: Meat & fish, whole grains, eggs, tofu, dairy products, vegetables, nuts and legumes.
