Treat yourself to these delicious protein pancakes 😍💕

Blend together:
🔺1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder
🔺 1 banana
🔺4 egg whites
🔺1/3 cup oats
🔺1 tsp drinking chocolate

Fry them in a small amount of coconut oil. 

Topped with coco2 chocolate spread and grated Coles 'simply less' dark peppermint chocolate 👌🏽

Sipping on my post workout protein shake 👌🏽

If you're getting enough protein in your diet, these aren't necessary. However, they are a quick and easy source of this amazing macronutrient. 

Benefits:
🔸 It repairs and builds tissues.
🔸 It aids in a faster recovery.
🔸 It keeps you feeling full. 

Food sources:
🍗🐟 Meat (chicken, turkey, fish).
🌾🍞 Wholegrains.
🐔 Eggs.
🧀 Dairy products.
🍲 Vegetables.
🐿 Nuts and legumes.

Whip these babies up in no time! 😍🙌🏽 💪🏽
Ingredients:
+ 1 banana.
+ 4 egg whites.
+ 1/3 cup oats
+ 1 scoop of protein powder.
+ Coconut oil.

Topping:
+ Plain chobani yoghurt. 
+ Raspberries.
+ Coco2 chocolate spread. 😋

Method:
1. Blend pancake ingredients together.
2. Cook in a frying pan with 1/4 tbsp of coconut oil per pancake.
3. Add toppings.
