If anyone is feeling a bit lost post comp I just want to take a moment to speak about the reality of it all.. well my reality anyway 😊

Unfortunately comp bodies aren't sustainable, no matter what anyone says or posts on social media. Nor is it healthy to maintain such a low body fat percentage or calorie intake.

Of course I'd LOVE to look like how I did on the left.. life was awesome, I had just won two comps, I was getting compliments left right and centre.. BUT I was exhau...

Not going to make up a story and say post comp has been smooth sailing..It's bloody hard! 😓I want my abs to stay, I want my muscles to grow AND I want snack food. And then there are some instances where I REALLY want snack food. But you can't have all that at the same time! Well maybe "in moderation" but as I described to some of the girls who are also going to through similar things, it's like an inner animal takes over to just wants to consume everything in site! 🐻🐯🦁
