This is one of the most common phrases I hear when people are too reluctant to improve their health.

The beauty of flexible dieting means that technically you can eat whatever you want as long as it 'fits your macros'. 🍩

BUT if you want the best possible results, clean whole foods will keep you fuller for longer and fuel your cells

properly for your workouts/ recovery.

So instead of eating things like this doughnut, you'd be able to eat a much higher volume of clean food and you won't be starving by the end of the night 🥒🥕🥗🥙
