Can't comprehend what I just tasted 😍😍 macro friendly mug cake!! My new love!

Cake ingredients:
🔹 1 scoop flavoured protein powder.
🔹 1 egg white.
🔹 2 tbsp almond milk.
🔹 1/4 tsp baking powder.

Topping:
🔹Melted reduced fat/ carb dark chocolate from Coles.
🔹 Natural peanut butter.
🔹 Raspberries.

Method (too easy):
🔹 Lightly mix ingredients.
🔹 Pour into mug/ glass.
🔹 Microwave on low power for 40-60 seconds (check after around 30).

When I woke up today, of course I was ecstatic from yesterday, but I did feel a bit lost! The freedom of being able to just relax today, let go and eat whatever I want sounds amazing in theory, but was quite daunting 🙁 


Last night I didn't actually want a cheat meal, it kinda felt wrong.. The fact I could go out to dinner and not count macros was exciting enough 😁 so I enjoyed my favourite meal at Hunky Dory 😍👌🏽

Trying to lose body fat DOES NOT mean starvation 🙅🏽 If you make the right decisions👌🏽 

What I find most useful is to swap calorie dense foods that are digested quickly, to filling lower calorie, unprocessed foods ☺️ They take up more room in your stomach and take longer to digest, allowing you to feel fuller for a longer period of time 🙌🏽
